The Ancrum Cross Keys is a traditional inn offering Real Ales &
Bar Meals.
Ancrum Village is situated just off the A68, four miles north
of Jedburgh. It's central location is ideal for visiting any of the
border towns. The cities of Edinburgh, Newcastle and Carlisle can also
be reached by an hours drive.
Local attractions include visiting any of the four Border Abbeys,
Fishing on the Tweed or Teviot rivers, Golfing on any of the twenty-two
Border courses, exploring on one of the dedicated Cycle Routes or 1500
miles of country walks that includes the increasingly popular St Cuthbert's
Way. Day one of this walk finishes at Harestanes Visitor Centre which
is a short distance from the village. |
